Aspekt flat rooflights are designed to be fitted on a kerb / upstand housed within a flat roof. Whilst they’re called “flat”, they actually sit at an angle of circa 5 degrees to allow the run off of water.

Our high-performance rooflights are available in double glazed configurations with 6mm or 8mm toughened / laminated clear glass, and options for solar control or easy clean glass. The units are high-quality, low-maintenance and provide exceptional heat insulation, light transmission and noise reduction.

  • Available in sizes up to 3 square metres ( 3m * 1m / 2.5m * 1.2m / 2m * 1.5m)
  • To be seated on flat roofs
  • Rooflights sit on an insulated kerb (by others) at a minimum pitch of 5 degrees for drainage
  • Correct site construction will mean only glass is visible when you look up (no visible frame)
